The last week of February, I did a mini version of the Rev up . Prior to this week, I was having intense sugar cravings which resutled in consuming sweets way beyond the healthy lines!
After just 6 days of the Rev up style healthy eating and supersaturating my nutrition stores my sugar cravings were completely gone! To the extent my favorite kombucha drink is now far too sweet to drink!
I lost 3 pounds and kicked my sugar cravings to the curb without even trying!
It's incredible, I feel no longer controlled by what others bring in the house or what I see out! I'm also quite excited about the money I'll save; junk food and kombucha isn't cheap!
Why? Because this bottle of deliciousness flooded my body with nutrition it was lacking while supporting the liver and many other organs!
When I heard about this challenge I knew I had to share it!
