Welcome to the Sip and Shine Hydration Challenge!
For the next seven days, we’re going to hydrate ourselves by aiming for at least 64 ounces a day.* Along the way, we'll learn all kinds of tips, tricks, and health insights. This challenge will be so much fun, especially when we're all working together, sharing tips, and holding each other accountable! 
 

The Challenge
  • Consume 64 ounces (or more!) of water each day.
  • Drink water before any other beverage in the morning.
  • Drink 4–8 ounces before every meal or snack.

*Please note: If you have medical conditions, including thyroid, heart, and kidney issues, talk with your doctor about how much fluid you should consume daily. Some medications may lead to fluid retention, and others (like diuretics) may increase your fluid needs. One size doesn’t fit all.
 
If you find it hard to drink enough water, start by upping your intake of water-rich fruits and veggies while gradually adding more water to your day—begin with two extra glasses.
