5 Tips For Healthier Skin

You can start implementing today!

Drink more water

It's important to know I’m talking about filtered water.  There are many powerful filters out there.  Do. Your research and find one that’s has great ratings and fits your budget. Pay attention to how much you're drinking and write it down. Increase day after day!   Using Essential Oils in your water increases absorption, antioxidants and benefits you won't believe.  More on that within the challenge!
NOTE: the only oils I would ever recommend consuming internally would be from Young Living.  More on that later!
Reduce processed foods.

Processed foods are loaded with salt and chemicals.  Salt alone dehydrates your skin and to defy aging we need hydration.  We also need quality ingredients to fuel our bodies.  Part of the healthy fuel is used to repair cells as well as new growth.  Chemicals wreak havoc among your system and detoxifying organs which trickle down to our skin and how it ages.
Fresh is BEST!

Wash your face daily

If you wear makeup wash with a gentle (my. fav. non toxic is in the link below) cleanser at night.  In the morning a gentle wipe with cool water & cloth is good practice.  Over washing with soaps as well not removing your makeup at night causes accelerated aging.
Eat More Fruits & Veggies

Omitting processed foods opens the doors to filling your belly with nourishing foods.  Raw fruits and veggies are easy to prep and perfect on-the-go foods!  Again, keep in mind the food you eat tips the life scale in one direction or the other..   Eat live food for life or 'dead' processed foods for... well you get it.

Wear Sunscreen

It is important to reduce the sun UV exposure which can cause damage.  Find a favorite hat and wear sunscreen.  My favorite (in the link below) is special, because it contains zero chemicals.  Nada, ziltch.   It's also reef safe which is a huge plus!  Did you know there are chemicals in sunscreen that are carcinogenic when  exposed to UV rays? Doesn't' make sense right? This is why I only use the one kind.
My family is very pale and burn easy... this sunscreen works amazing for them!
Why Young Living?

Not all oils are created equal. Found out why!
