The general stuff:

We are living in Hoover, Alabama now.  My 3 boys are almost 14, 11, and 4.  My husband Ryan is doing amazing with his work, and thoroughly enjoying the beauty of the outdoors here with hikes, golf, and kids sports.

(I filled out the form I'm sending you for myself and put it here as a way to update you.)

On a scale of 1-5 how is your physical health now?
3 (it's ok - there's room for improvement though)

I wish I could honestly say it was better. . . A couple years back we had some black water damage in our home that led to me gaining about 50 lbs in 6 months time.  After struggling with a lot of joint pain from a couple injuries too, I finally figured out in early 2024 that it was from the toxins in that water circulating through our air condioning system that were causing all of my health issues.  We got that cleaned up in the house, and I've been working on cleaning it out of my body since.  During the cleanup time, I also figured out that some of my health challenges are related to chronic Lyme that I've had since I was about 8 years old.  (That's the reason the mold in the house affected me so much more dramatically than any of my other family). So that leads me to now - I've been doing a multitude of things to help improve my health, and getting some results, but like anyone - I want them FASTER!  ;)

On a scale of 1-5 how are you feeling emotionally?
4

I feel good!  Given the above with my health, emotionally things are going well.  I have hard days where I feel frustrated, but it's dramatically better than where I was when I wasn't sure what was happening and my health felt like it was in a tailspin.  Some of the things I do to support my emotional well-being include connecting with friends, working on projects that feel meaningful, and of course using my oils - especially Frankincense in Epsom salt soaks.

On a scale of 1-5 how are your family & friend relationships doing?
3 (they're ok, some could be better)

Why did you give your relationships the rating you did?I feel like there's always room for improvement - That's why I'm reconnecting with you!  My husband and kids are doing great and I've got some good friendships locally here in Alabama too.  The areas that could use improvement would be with some of my extended family and long-distance friendships.

On a scale of 1-5 how is your career/work/finances doing?
4

I've personally been taking on projects to support other wellness businesses with organizing their digital tools and marketing strategies.  It's been a lot of fun to take some of the things I've learned over the years as a Young Living Brand Partner and help others grow their businesses.   Last year I started doing vendor events with Young Living after taking a hiatus when pregnant with baby #3 back in 2020.  They are going well, and it's been fun getting to know some people where we live now through the in-home gatherings I do monthly too.

On a scale of 1-5, how is your spiritual life doing?
4

I think my health challenges have helped to enhance my spiritual walk.  One question I always ask as I'm working on health challenges is "what does Scripture say about that?"  Did you know that there's an entire chapter in the book Leviticus dealing with mold, and that the word for leprosy in scripture actually means infection and the ancient Hebrew pictographs seem to paint the picture of a tick bite with a bulls eye rash?!  (I'm not quite sure what to do the the protocol it gives though...)So I gave this category a 4.  There's certainly room for improvement, but I'm loving what this experience is teaching me spiritually.
